一、建构主义教师教育思想的主要观点
进入20 世纪下半叶,基于建构主义思想的基础教育改革蓬勃开展。相应地,为了更好地配合基础教育改革的需要,建构主义也逐渐成为教师教育改革的重要理论基础,它为人们重新思考教师教育的发展方向提供了一个全新的视角 。目前建构主义教师教育(Constructivist Teacher Education )正成为当今教师教育改革的主流,在欧美许多国家广泛实践。
“建构主义教师教育是以建构主义的理论为指导,组织、设计、培养、培训教师的新模式”[1]。这种新模式在教育理念、课程教学、评价等方面,相对于传统的教师教育来说是一次全面的、彻底的变革,标志着教师教育模式的范式转型。其主要观点包括以下几个方面。
(一)教师发展观
